- You can return all products within 60 days after receiving them.

- EXCEPTIONS: Personalized products and perishable or food products. Electrical products cannot be returned either because during assembly they can be damaged by voltage changes or breakdowns in other parts of the motorcycle.

- If you receive a product damaged or different from the reference that appears in your order, we assume all the expenses and procedures of the change or return.

- If you no longer need or have made a mistake when ordering a product and want to return it, all expenses and procedures are at your expense.

Yes, from 04/01/2021, every day in the morning there is a review of the available stock.

Obviously we are talking about a process that is carried out by humans, so an error can occur.

It is not very likely to happen, but when the product indicates that there is only one unit, it may happen that at the same time the product is being bought by another person and the first person to complete the payment is the one that will finally be served. If this happens, we will refund the money to the customer who has not been able to serve it.

Out-of-stock products are ordered from the manufacturer but until they physically arrive they do not appear as available and cannot be purchased.

Until before the Covid 19 pandemic, products were available again in about 15 days, more or less, but this is not possible now in all cases.

For out-of-stock products you have a box where you can enter your e-mail address and when the product is back in stock you will receive a warning email, in case you are still interested in it.

  We strive every day to keep products up to date and that includes photos of them, but we still have some products that use a generic image.

Before buying a product, assess if it is the one you are looking for, taking into account first the name of the product, then for which motorcycle it is valid and finally use the photo to understand the main characteristics of the product.
