Seatpost Mechanism for YAMAHA YFZ450R and YFZ450
All you need is a hacksaw, a file, an 8mm drill bit, a 10mm wrench, and a 6mm Allen wrench.
The ZIP kit consists of 2 CNC machined aircraft-grade billet posts, 2 profiled base washers (installed inside the plastic base), 2 star lock washers, 2 8mm socket head screws, and 2 'R'/Bowden cable clips.
Our exclusive kit comes complete with an 'R' clip attached via a correct length Bowden cable to eliminate loss of the clip when removing the seat and a 10mm hex on the locating post head to allow correct torque adjustments of the M8 socket screw.
Please note... Removing the cover and foam is essential for the correct assembly of this product.
