(make, model, year)- The RXF 48 S incorporates several improvements in the fork legs. To withstand impacts against rocks and hard landings, the legs are made with a new aluminum alloy. A micro-finishing process is applied to the gold TiN (titanium nitride) surface treatment, improving scratch resistance and reducing friction with bushings and seals.
- We have also applied a new flex-honing process to the inner tubes to ensure an optimal contact area with the main springs. Traction and stability are improved, giving confidence to tackle more demanding terrains. The finishing touch on the RXF 48 S front fork is a new sticker with Öhlins' iconic “Ö” logo in our signature blue.
