- The springs are adjusted and ground to length before being polished for optimal performance
- All springs have the rate laser-etched on the end and are manufactured according to DIN2095 grade 1 standard
- All springs undergo: cold winding, heat treatment, tempering, shot peening, ground ends, polished for reduced friction and smoother operation, part number etched on the end
